Background

Raju Togi is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of InterScripts, Inc. — a healthcare technology business leader passionate about improving the lives of patients and their families through innovation in care delivery.

Raju founded InterScripts in 2017 in Chantilly, Virginia, and has led the company every day since. Prior to founding InterScripts, he held leadership roles at multiple healthcare consulting and EMR firms, delivering IT services and solutions to government and commercial clients across the U.S. healthcare and federal mission sectors.

With a background in Computer Science Engineering and an MBA in International Business and Marketing Management, Raju has launched and grown multiple healthcare organizations. He is a CHIME Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) and a Certified Healthcare Executive (CFCHE) credentialed by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives.

Under his founding leadership, InterScripts has earned HITRUST r2, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015, and CMMI Level 3 attestations; achieved KLAS Spotlight 2026 recognition for the BytePad AI-native archival platform (100%** Would Buy Again, A+** Likely to Recommend across every interviewed customer); and stood up a three-continent delivery model spanning Chantilly VA (HQ), Medellín CO, and Hyderabad IN.
