Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) gives the technical and application teams a chance to verify that all end-user devices are deployed and configured correctly for your EHR, which is crucial to Go-Live success. We will complete testing to ensure all hardware functions as expected during Go-Live.
OneSupport provides comprehensive, credentialed training and activation services to increase adoption and the value of your EHR and system investments. The OneSupport trainers can build and execute training that is engaging, virtual as desired, and complete to meet the needs of your end users.
