Azure Open AI + GPT + ChatBot + CRM

Interscripts, Inc. has partnered with Microsoft to integrate GPT, ChatBot, cognitive search, and API Integrations with CRM to prototype models which can achieve operational and fiscal efficiencies.

To understand some of the used cases, we interviewed Health systems and GPT. Below are some of the scenarios which can benet from integrating GPT and AI into the workflow:

Our Observation: The application of this technology can help patients and basic help and an option to schedule a virtual visit or a consultation. Integration with CRM can provide more data to marketing to proactively reach out to patients for more help based on their searches and chats and market their services.

Mental Health Support: ChatGPT can offer emotional support and provide resources for managing mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and stress. It can also facilitate communication with mental health professionals and offer coping strategies and self-care tips.

Hospital Information & Navigation: ChatGPT can help patients and caregivers navigate hospital systems by providing information on hospital services, facilities, and procedures. It can also assist with appointment scheduling, hospital directions, and general inquiries, improving patient experience.

Health Promotion & Prevention: ChatGPT can provide information and guidance on preventive measures, such as vaccinations, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease prevention strategies. This can help promote health and wellness among patients and communities.

Helpdesk Support: ChatBot, help articles, AI tools, and GPT 4 can also bring down support costs by reducing the number of tickets handled by a live agent. It can provide clear instructions, links to documents, help with suggestions and ways to troubleshoot, etc.

Our Observation: This is just the beginning. Integrating AI-based tools, cognitive search with our databases, and finally adding a layer of GPT-enabled ChatBot can solve many issues, bring down the cost of the operation, increase customer satisfaction, and finally can generate new business as well. We are also finding much potential in integrating the entire program with CRM to enhance customer engagement, make data-driven decisions, and bring more efficiency to collaboration and communication with patients.

A: Yes, as it can provide basic troubleshooting, and with Azure services and AD integration, it can also help go over authentication and help change passwords, etc. Finally, decreasing human contact and save time and effort.
